Tidi Customer Referral Progam

Welcome to the Tidi Cleaning Customer Referral Program!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program.  By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

The Program is open to individuals who are residents of Bend, Oregon and nearby towns and at least 18 years of age.  Employees of Tidi Cleaning and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings), are not eligible to participate.

2. Program Overview:

The Program offers two main ways to earn rewards:

Referral Program: Recommend Tidi Cleaning services to friends and family. Upon completion of a referred individual’s first cleaning service, both you and the referred party will earn points redeemable for various rewards.

Points Program: Earn points for a variety of activities, such as booking cleaning services, leaving positive reviews, and following Tidi Cleaning on social media. These points can be redeemed for discounts, free add-on services, or other cleaning perks.

3. Earning Points:

Referral Program: The specific number of points awarded for successful referrals will be communicated on the Tidi Cleaning Newsletter (Monthly) and marketing materials.

Points Program: The point structure for various activities will be clearly outlined on the Tidi Cleaning Newsletter (Monthly) and marketing materials.

4. Redeeming Points:

Points can be redeemed for various rewards as detailed on the Tidi Cleaning website.  The point value for each reward will be clearly communicated.  Tidi Cleaning reserves the right to modify the available rewards at any time.

5. Point Expiration:

Points will expire after one (1) year of inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).

6. Program Modifications:

Tidi Cleaning reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Program at any time, with or without notice.  This includes, but is not limited to, the point structure, reward offerings, and eligibility requirements.

7. Termination:

Tidi Cleaning reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.  Tidi Cleaning may also terminate the Program entirely at its sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer:

Tidi Cleaning makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any rewards offered. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gratuity for cleaning staff.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bend, Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tidi Cleaning with respect to the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
